Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your LighthousePrep account and all associated data by emailing us directly. Requests are processed within 7 days.
1. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to bala6218888@gmail.com using your registered Google account email address.

Important: Send the request from your registered Google account email
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of your request:
- Profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- Study progress and reports
- Groups and chat data
- Leaderboard data
- Saved plans and sessions
3. Temporary Backup Data
Some technical backup data may remain temporarily for security and fraud prevention purposes. This data is not accessible to other users and will be purged in accordance with our standard retention schedule.
