Does it cover Uttar Pradesh-specific General Studies?
Yes. UP history, geography, polity, economy and state current affairs are treated as their own subjects with scheduled time. State material is what separates ranks in PCS, and it is the first thing candidates postpone, so the planner protects its slot.
How does it handle CSAT?
